The service is provided by Sergey Egorov (Cyprus). Contact: support@hlam.app. By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. What Hlam is

Hlam is a home-inventory app: you photograph storage places, AI recognises the items, and the app helps you find things and remember what you lent to whom. Cross-device sync works the way you choose: end-to-end encrypted (the content of your records is readable only by you) or without encryption.

2. AI tokens

• Photo recognition consumes tokens. A new account gets a starting grant; more tokens can be bought in packs (100 / 500 / 1000).
• Tokens never expire. This is not a subscription — a one-off purchase of a consumable resource.
• Tokens are tied to the account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• Pack prices are shown in the app before purchase.

3. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made via the App Store and Google Play and are processed by the platforms; Apple's and Google's refund rules apply — request refunds from the platform. For any purchase issue you can also write to support@hlam.app.

4. Account and data

• You are responsible for access to your account. If you turned on end-to-end encryption, you are also responsible for your recovery phrase: if it is lost, we cannot decrypt your data.
• Export and deletion of your data (instructions) or the whole account (instructions) are available in the app at any time. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent restrictions (including payment restrictions), or disrupt the service. We may restrict access in case of abuse.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Recognition is probabilistic: results may contain errors and need your review. We are not liable for indirect damages; total liability is capped at the amount of your purchases over the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. App Store / Google Play purchases are additionally governed by the platforms' terms.
