How to delete your account and all data

You can delete your account at any time right in the app — together with all your data: items, places, photos and settings.

From the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. In the "Data and privacy" section tap "Delete account".
3. Confirm in the "Delete account?" dialog.

What happens

• All of your data is permanently deleted from the server and from the phone: items, places, descriptions, tags, photos.
• The account itself (email or the Apple / Google link) is deleted.
• Token purchase records are anonymised (unlinked from the account) but retained as financial records of completed transactions — see the Privacy Policy.
• This action cannot be undone. You can export a copy of your data first: Profile → "Export my data".

If you can no longer access the app

Email support@hlam.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete the account and its data manually.
