How to delete your data while keeping the account

You can delete all of your data from the server at any time without deleting the account: sync turns off and your items remain only on your phone.

From the app

Open the Profile tab.
Tap "Turn off sync and delete server data".
In the "Turn off sync?" dialog check "I understand my data will be deleted from the server" and tap "Delete from server".

All data and photos are deleted from the server; the account and your token balance are kept.
The local copy stays on your phone — the app keeps working in "on this phone only" mode. In the same dialog you can check "Also delete data from this phone" to erase the local copy too.
You can turn sync back on at any time (Profile → "Set up storage & encryption").

Individual items, places or photos can be deleted one by one right in the app — with sync on, the deletion is reflected on the server immediately.

Email support@hlam.app from the address linked to your account and we will delete your data (fully or partially) manually.
